Ingredientes
200grs................................. Leche en polvo descremada
4.............................................Huevos
4sobres...............................Stevia
Jugo de mandarina y ralladura c/n
Enmantecar y "enharinar" el molde con la leche en polvo
Mientras tanto batir los huevos
Tiene la mezcla tiene que quedar firme como muestra la imagen
Agregar el jugo de mandarina y batir unos segundos
Cuando tengamos listo el batido(Tiene que quedar como una crema espumosa) ir incorporando la mezcla de a poco en forma envolvente y suave para que no se baje el batido
Llevar a horno precalentado a 170° por 20 minutos aprox,segun tu horno
