Cuerpo, Alma y Mente
Los celtas eran una sociedad de druidas y guerreros de la edad del hierro asentados en Europa, cuya parte de su legado fue un grupo de misteriosos símbolos (fundamentales en su cultura) que han trascendido hasta nuestro tiempo.
Entre estos símbolos se encuentra El trisquel o triskel, el cual es un símbolo celta que se forma con tres lineas en espiral unidas en el centro con un círculo o triángulo, asemejando su forma a la de una hélice. El numero tres es el número más sagrado para la cultura celta, y representa la perfección y el equilibrio, por esta razón, el triskel posee tres lineas.
Este símbolo sagrado celta solo podía ser llevado por los druidas, y poseía diversos significados, desde capacidades mágicas sanadoras hasta devastadoras para sus enemigos. Estos druidas eran chamanes o sacerdotes celtas, descritos por cronistas griegos y romanos, como jueces, maestros, curanderos y adivinos, y los relacionan con la casta sacerdotal de los celtas.
El triskel, para los druidas significaba la perfecta armonía y equilibrio entre la mente, el alma y el cuerpo, representada en su forma de espirales en movimiento que muestran el desapego a agentes externos que separen al individuo de su centro físico, mental o espiritual; donde surgen las tres espirales, que representan su cuerpo, mente y alma, demostrando el equilibrio en todos sus elementos.
