Hola gente bonita de steemit se que como yo deben de tener amistades y le dan el valor y el cariño que merecen, porque cuando necesitamos de su apoyo y compañía en el momento que los necesitemos nuestros amigos no los brindan, y claro nosotros también brindamos ese apoyo y esa mano amiga.

La amistad es un valor esencial y ocupa un grado muy alto en nuestra escala hacia la felicidad. Los amigos son aquellas personas con las que compartimos la vida, los buenos momentos y, lo que es mejor, los malos, los pésimos, los que nadie está dispuesto a compartir.
Y como todo valor indispensable, hay que trabajarla, que cuidarla y mimarla con todas nuestras fuerzas. Porque los beneficios que nos puede aportar son infinitos. Incluso para nuestra salud, un buen amigo nos da la energía para seguir luchando, nos hace sonreír, nos hace sentirnos menos solos en los momentos difíciles y no incita a compartir los buenos. Cuando tu estado de ánimo es bueno esto se refleja indudablemente en tu salud. Aun así, si tu salud es delicada, no hay nada como un amigo cerca, para charlar, reír, estar acompañado, desahogarte…una terapia imprescindible para cualquier ser humano.
Así que valoren muchos esas amistades que tengan y todo lo bueno que le brinden sean agradecidos por tenerlos a su lado y denles todo el mejor trato que sea posible.
