This is such a great thing to do, especially in this time where non GMO seeds are disappearing. Having a seed bank should be a great thing to have. However i believe glass should be the ideal container for this because of change of temperature, UV sunlight and high pressure some plastics will release particles such as BPA however PET bottle is considered safe.
If contained for few weeks I would say it's okay.
If contained for long time you should try glass.
Thank you very much for the recommendation, I really adore the glass but sometimes find the bottle and the right size becomes quite difficult, in these parts but if you are absolutely right things in glass will be much but much better preserved.
We should all have glass as our source to store food and seeds, which, as you very well say, every day with GMOs is losing a lot of our ancestral seed wealth that we should be transmitting from generation to generation,
I hope we continue sharing great information in favor of recycling as well as food freedom for our countries.
