Cuidado con los enlaces a sitios WEB
Te puede haber llegado un enlace con un punto debajo de la ṇ, como este o parecido:
http://portaveṇturaworld.com/
Este enlace está en formato Unicode, no inicialmente soportado en DNS (sistema de nombres de dominio).
Para que sea soportado se convierte a Punycode, otra representación sí permitida actualmente por DNS que se vería tal que así:
http://www.xn--portaveturaworld-219h.com/
Pero lo normal es verlo como el primero.
Gracias a esto se puedan registrar dominios como, por ejemplo: www.notengosueño.com .
La ñ, como la ṇ, tampoco estaba soportada por DNS nativamente.
Y, como el ser humado es bueno por naturaleza, esto es usado para redirigir a estafas o sitios de phishing.
Mucho cuidado, incluso pueden tener certificado SSL de página segura como en:
https://www.biṇaṇce.com/ = https://www.xn--biace-4l1bb.com/
Como curiosidad en la web siguiente puedes convertir de un formato a otro: http://punycode.es/conversor
