Flan casero de dulce de leche
Hola amigos de steemit. Hoy venga a compartir con ustedes esta rica y deliciosa receta.

Ingredientes:
1 taza de azúcar para el caramelo
200 gramos de azúcar
8 huevos
1 litro de leche
Esencia de vainilla al gusto
5 cucharaditas de dulce de leche
Preparación:
En un molde grande derretimos la azúcar para hacer el caramelo. Mientras se derrite la azúcar en un recipiente batimos los huevos con la azúcar hasta obtener una espuma.
Luego en una olla se bate leche con azúcar y canela lo ponemos a hervir y cuando la leche este cortada y con grumos se le agregamos la mezcla de los huevos con la azúcar.
Cuando allá hervido agregamos la mezcla en el molde que ya acaramelamos. Se lleva al horno ya previamente pre calentado a 150 grados durante 30 minutos. Después esperamos que se enfrié y lo llevamos a la nevera por 5 horas
Pasado las 5 horas ya estar listo para comer.
