Chivo En Coco
Hola amigos de steemit. Hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes esta receta para preparar chivo en coco venezolano.
Ingredientes:
1 kilo de chivo tierno
2 tazas de leche de coco
2 tomates maduros en trozos
1 pimentón
1 cebolla de cabeza
1 rama de cebollino picado
Un poquito de comino
1/2 taza de aceite onotado
Sal al gusto
Preparación:
Se limpia la carne bien se pone a hervir con bastante agua, cuando este la carne blandita y un poco seca le agregamos la leche de coco y la dejamos hervir a fuego lento luego picamos todos lo aliños y los ponemos a sofreír con la media taza de aceite con el onoto se sofríe bien luego se lo echamos a la olla y no dejamos el chivo muy seco luego le colocamos la sal al gusto.
