This dish is 100% vegetarian, very healthy, it gives you the sensation of being able to be different from flavors, it fascinates me the fact of being able to eat foods that do not involve harm to others, especially the animals, which is most of the time tortured, I am not against the feeding of people, but there are times when a vegetarian dish can become very succulent

Este plano es 100% vegetariano, muy saludable, te da esa sensación degustable de diversos sabores, me fascina el hecho de poder comer alimentos que no involucran daños a otros, sobretodo los animales, que mayor parte del tiempo son torturados, no estoy en contra de la alimentación de las personas, pero hay ocasiones en que un plato vegetariano puede llegar a ser muy suculento.

  • Harina de maíz
  • Calabacín.
  • Berenjena.
  • Queso.
  • Plátano.
  • Sal y pimienta.
  • Aceite.




This part is a bit controversial. First the corn flour or the water for making the arepas? My recommendation is to knead it with hot water so that its cooking is faster. If you have already prepared arepas, it will be more useful for you. It is simple, mix the water with the flour and you decide in what order to place it first. a pinch of salt is added, it is given the corresponding round shape and then proceeds to place it on the grill or as it is said here in Venezuela; A ''budare''.


Esta parte es un poco polémica, ¿Primero la harina de maíz o el agua para la elaboración de las arepas? mi recomendación es amasarla con agua caliente para que su cocción sea mas rápida. Si ya has elaborado arepas anteriormente se te sera mas útil. Es sencillo, mesclar el agua con la harina y tu decides en que orden colocarlo primero. se le añade una pizca de sal, se le da la forma redonda correspondiente y luego se procede a colocarlo a la plancha o como se dice acá en Venezuela; Un ''budare''.



This second part is even more simple, they are placed to sauté with oil the zucchini, banana and berengera if you want to place garlic on the eggplant or the courgette would be more exquisite, and these two ingredients it is preferable not to put it much in oil, serious good to place it 2 minutes to sauté and then pass them to the plant in view of that they absorb a lot of oil.

Esta segunda parte es aún mas sencilla todavía, se colocan a sofreír con aceite el calabacin, el plátano y la berengera si deseas colocarle ajo a la berenjena o al calabacin seria mas exquisito, y a estos dos ingredientes es preferible no colocarlo mucho en aceite, seria bueno colocarlo 2 minutos a sofreír y luego pasarlos a la planta en vista de que absorben mucho aceite mientras que el plátano no tanto.


To finish, you can fill it by opening a hole in the arepa on the sides or as I like, above adding the ingredients as if they were a layer of ingredients.

Para finalizar, se puede rellenar abriendole un agujero a la arepa por los lados o como a mi me gusta, por encima añadirle los ingredientes como si fuesen una capa de ingredientes.
