The spa is called "posa chiquita" and is located in the town of aguas calientes, via casanay, state of Sucre-Venezuela. Those are thermal water that are drained from the earth and are effectively hot.
So the water is always warm? I've never seen anything like it, do you have any more pictures from this place?
