Tarta de frutillas
Aquí les dejo la receta de una tarta de frutillas
Ingredientes
2 tazas de harina
3 cucharadas de azúcar impalpable
1 cucharada de vainilla
100 gramos de manteca derretida
2 yemas
Si cuesta unir los ingredientes agregar un chorro de leche.
Colocar en asadera enmantecada y enharinada desmontable. Pinchar con tenedor y cocinar a fuego moderado 15 minutos aproximadamente.
Cuando se enfrie colocar crema pastelera (la venden en polvo y se prepara con leche fría batiendo a mano)
Sobre la crema agregar las frutillas o la fruta que deseen.
