Vivo en Quito la capital de Ecuador, cuya altura promedio es de 2850msnm.; es una altura a la que le temen incluso atletas de nivel mundial, como algunos jugadores de fútbol de varias selecciones que han venido a estas altura y han sufrido las consecuencias del ejercicio de alta intensidad con una disponibilidad de oxigeno reducida.
En el costado Oriental de la ciudad se encuentra el Parque Metropolitano, al cual suelo ir a caminar a menudo.
podemos tener vistas espectaculares, temprano en la mañana, cando la bruma sube desde el valle de Tumbaco
Luego de alcanzar una altura de casi 3 mil metros, sientes que solo por caminar en el parque, te estás entrenando como un atleta de élite
