Budín Inglés de Ciruelas
- 200 grs. de ciruelas desecadas, - 80 grs. de leche en polvo, - 40 grs. de maicena, - 4 huevos, - 20 cc. de edulcorante, - esencia de vainilla a gusto
Batir los huevos con el edulcorante y la vainilla hasta que queden bien cremosos. Agregar las ciruelas, previamente remojadas y picadas; incorporar la maicena y la leche en polvo, y mezclar bien. Verter en una budinera enmantecada y enharinada con maicena. Llevar a horno durante 30 minutos. Una porción aporta 67 calorías, 23 grs. de hidratos de carbono, 14 grs. de proteínas, 30 grs. de grasas, calcio, magnesio, potasio, fibra, vitamina E y A.
