Update #6 Chess League in Nueva Esparta, New Weekend Tournament and come new details

It is incredible all the support we have received from the Steemians and Fundition in our fundraising project for the Margarita Chess League and as part of our commitment to bring to Steem all the events and activities prior to the league we would like to highlight some of the advances we have made.

Fortunately we got the chess clocks at no cost to form part of the boards so the proceeds from the scope of the expenses of the clocks will be transferred to give more impetus as well as to the collaborations to the referees as to the prizes and advertising.

Also this weekend there was a new tournament this time in the modalities of Rapido and Blitz that are the two variants of chess in which these clocks are used.

I would also like to leave you a press release regarding the excellent participation of the athletes of Nueva Esparta in the school championship to be held in Miranda.

With emotions until the last round, was developed the chess tournament for the National School Games that took place at the headquarters of San Antonio de los Altos, in the state of Miranda.

In the male category, the island thinker and standard-bearer of the Margarite delegation, Juan Pablo Lyon, won the bronze medal in this specialty, being surpassed only by the district Samuel Echeto and the barinese Alejandro Rumbos. The three medalists finished tied in the general table of the event with 5.5 units finished the 7 rounds, having the technical table to use the tiebreaker system approved by the technical congress.

On the other hand, the athlete Juan Carlos Cabello was located in the tenth box of the general to conquer 4.5 units among the 46 trebejistas that participated in this event.

Regarding the female branch, Eliana Paola Quijada finished in tenth position with 4.5 points and Valentina Marín with 4 units was placed in twelfth place.

At the end of the competition, in the classification of the "all event" the neoespartano team achieved the third place by conquering 40 points preceded by the state of Miranda (41) and Táchira with 40 points, the successful team of Nueva Esparta was accompanied by the coach Humberto Gómez and Maykal Lyon as delegate.
