300 gr. de azúcar 6 huevos 1 vaso de leche Canela en polvo
Haga con el azúcar y un vaso de agua un almíbar espeso. Retire del fuego y deje entibiar. Ponga en una cacerola la leche fría, previamente hervida, mezcle 3 huevos enteros y 3 yemas batidas ligeramente, una el almíbar tibio y lleve al fuego lento hasta hervir, mezclando sólo una o dos veces para que no pegue en el fondo de la cacerola. Cuando el dulce esté con una consistencia cremosa, retire del fuego, coloque en una compotera y espolvoree con bastante canela en polvo.
