SOPA DE REPOLLO O COL, IDEAL PARA BAJAR DE PESO
Amigos esta sopa no es solo para bajar de peso, esto queda realmente delicioso, la puedes comer inclusive como cena, ya que su sabor es deliciosa y muy sublime al paladar, no cae pesada, mas bien quedas lleno y es por eso que te ayuda a bajar de peso en tan solo 7 días.
- Te dejo los ingredientes, haciéndote la acotación que puedes colocarle todos los vegetales que gustes, de hecho puedes agregar caldo de pollo o verduras para darle un mejor sabor.
Papas, pimentones rojos y verdes, tallos de celery, perejil, zanahorias, cebolla, cebollin, sal, pimienta y caldo de pollo deshidratado.
Repollo o col picado estilo juliana
En una olla colocamos suficiente agua y agregamos todos los vegetales, menos el repollo que lo colocaremos cuando ya los otros ingredientes estén bien cocidos, ya que el repollo es de cocción muy rápida y solo necesita unos minutos nada mas.
Condimentamos la sopa
Tapamos la sopa hasta que hierva y estén cocidos los vegetales
Es entonces cuando agregamos el repollo y dejamos unos minutos hasta que blanquee y luego apagamos y servimos esta suculenta sopa.
