Si leísteis mi "Bien... Éste Soy Yo...! [Parte 6] sabréis que entre otras actividades, he entrenado Muay Thai durante un tiempo.
Mi entrenador aprendió y compitió en Tailandia durante años, y se casó allí con la hija del entrenador de su gimnasio tailandés. Después de ello, tras retirarse de la competición, estuvo entrenando en Las Vegas y en Francia y, finalmente, en España.
En este vídeo podéis verme en la parte final del entrenamiento y estaba realmente cansado porque el entrenamiento duró 5 horas.

My coach learned and competed in Thailand for years, and married there with the Thai gym trainer's daughter and had two children. After that, he retired from the competition and left Thailand country for training people in Las Vegas, France and finally in Spain.
In this video you can watch me in the final part of the training and I was really tired because the training lasted for five hours.
