What kind of fruit is that @galberto and how does it taste like?
Dear this is a wild fruit very very beautiful and delicious, it is grow up in a climbing plant they grow during summer when the rainy weather is end, it is produce a circular fruit that when is young you could eat very easily do not need to cook it, only clean the peel and retired the sap, cut and add salt and lemon or another spice that you like for better flavor.
The flavor is like a tender papaya
Carica papaya, it is the same but more softly that papaya because it is a little hard the consistency, and the consistency of huizamper is very slowly and great, it is a little simple for this reason we add salt and lemon or peppers, but when you travel around the mountaint and see up in the trees is wonderful to find this fruit that grow up around 10 to 20 metters around.
When i was young i really really enjoy to collect this fruits, for this reason when i returning to the mountaint i get time to return to find and collect them, or in ine time we transported a plant from the mountaint to our little land for get this fruit and collect more easily.
