When I visited a remote mountainous community in El Salvador, I watched and helped a little bit with the threshing of the dried black beans. After that, they loaded the beans in sacks and put them on the donkey or horse's back, to carry down to the town to sell them.
I took some of those beans and cooked them up for a few meals.

Thank you so much for your visit, yes the threshing is an interesting proccess i hope enjoy this amazing part of harvest beans, you hit the plants with a wooden rod, to get the beans, it is very nice, yes in this days people do it for get the harvest, in the next 3 weeks we make its process, thank to god this winter was very good for all and every people who planted beans have a good harvest for food their families,
It is a little hard this procces but very greatful to seller your harvest, like you see in this mountaint,
Yes the food is delicious and today we enjoy this, yes the food was very very good for all family.
