Bocaditos (palmeras de hojaldre).
Hola amigos de steemit nuevamente compartiendo con la comunidad.
Para esta vez comparto como hacer los ricos bocaditos palmera con hojaldre.
Ingredientes
*Plancha de hojaldre
*Azúcar( depende de la plancha)
Preparación
.1.-Azucarar la mesa de trabajo
2.- Colocar la plancha de hojaldre en la mesa
3.-Azucarar de nuevo la parte superior de la plancha
4.-Doblar la plancha de hojaldre por lo general 3 a un lado y 3 por el otro esparciendo azúcar en cada dobles.
5.- Preparar el horno a 180°C por lo general la espera de unos 5 minutos por lado
6.- Dentro de 10 a 15 minutos podremos disfrutar de estas palmeras muy fáciles de hacer
Asi es la pinta de lo que quedo después de todo
Para el proximo post espero poder enseñarles como hacer la masa de hojaldre
Nosotros en Costa Rica a este tipo de palmeras con esa forma les decimos "orejas". Claro, ya uno no las ve tan a menudo como antes, es una lástima, son muy ricas. ¡Muchas gracias por el aporte y sigue escribiendo gran contenido!
