La esencia de bailar es transmitir lo que se siente en el alma que con palabras no se puede expresar y que al desplazar cada parte de nuestro cuerpo en el mismo movimiento vibra toda la energía de nuestra naturaleza interna, dando paso a la creatividad del Arte en su máxima expresión.
No importa el ritmo, el género, el estilo, el motivo al bailar lo resultados son beneficiosos en su esencia particular de cada persona.
