Recuerda que las dificultades son parte de la vida
recuerda que ésta bien querer caer
recuerda que más importante que la caída es levantarse.
Recuerda que no estás solo,
no solo tú estás pasando por aquello que te duele
el universo entero te siente, al igual que muchos más.
Cuando sientas la caída inminente solo respira...
Porqué respirando vives y agradeces
porqué sientes y eres humano
porqué tus emociones se escapan en un suspiro.
No te consumas como rosa al fuego
no permitas que tus espinas se debiliten, ellas te protegen
no permitas reducirte en cenizas, cuando queda mucha de tu belleza.
Respira y no te agobies
te repito respira y siente
respira y vive, solo vive.
Cuando sientas que estas atrasado, solo avanza...
No te quedes en el pasado, en los recuerdos
avanza y plasma lo que aprendiste
avanza con los días, avanza con el tiempo, progresa.
No permitas que el fuego interior se apague

lucha contra ambos y manten el equilibrio.

Wow, solo tu puede vencer el miedo y los obstáculos presentados todos tenemos las capacidades para salir adelante solo necesitamos vencer el miedo y aferrarnos a la vida, me encanto este mensaje porque hay muchas veces que nos ahogamos en un vaso de agua y de verdad solo tenemos que respirar y avanzar en nuestro regalo llamado vida.
