CROUDFUNDED ANTI-SPAM BOT.

Inspired by @croudfundedwhale I'd like to create a croud-funded anti-scam bot. The bot would need a lot of steem power, which hopefully would be delegated, and would as set out below:

1. Create a website, hosted with x10hosting.com for free. 
2. People could submit quality, and spam posts. 
3. Every 2.4 hours 50% of upvotes would be given to upvoting good content, and 50% to downvoting bad content. (The code would be published to github.com and bitbucket.org as open source software, so others can adopt this sort of method) 
4. Investors would be paid out with curation rewards (99% to investors, 1% to me) and also the fact that spammers are not stealing from the reward pool.

Please let me know if you would be interested in investing in it. Please rest assured that all the rewards from this post will be used to support the bot (if there's enough support for it to be created) – otherwise I'll convert it into steem power and use it to downvote spammers. 

WE NEED AT LEAST 100SP pledged (don't delegate it – yet) within 2 months (8 weeks, or 60 days) to make this a reality. Developers would be good to, but if they don't sign up, I'll make it myself (aren't you evil). 

Notes about the technical side – exact details. (skip if you're bored) 

We would host a database on the site, and the bot would downvote all posts in the "downvotes" column, and upvote all posts in the "upvotes" column. Supporters (investors) would be paid out with 99% of curation rewards at the end of each week.
