๐ Fly with me to the International Space Station ๐
In my last post I showed you how you can find the International Space Station on the sky.
A few days later, Google integrated the ISS into the GooglStreetView App,

so Iยดm taking this to the occasion to give you some further introduction on the ISS.
There are currently 6 crew members living on the station. They have reached there with Expedition #52 in June 2017 and will stay until September 2017. (read the Infos here)
The station consists of 14 pressurized modules, which you can explor via the street view app.
When astronauts arrive, most of them want to first float to the Copula seven windowed observational module to have a view of Earth (and the docking station, where their space ship parks).
Copula observational module is propably the most tidy module, because if you street view thru the others, you will see that the other modules are all fully packed with stuff, like the Zvezda Service Module
If you just want to wander around the station I recommend you using the streetview

hey again, @flurgx, right now I've seen the video. Phantastic for my eyes and great for my mind to look what these astronauts is doing if he want go for sleep. He is special multitasking talented guy. You have to know, usually I've no point for astronautics or such. But I looked to the different virtual rooms at the station. So clear every detail. I have not the logic understanding for this all but if the guy is flying in his station I want do this. My little Life here on earth and the difference how living as an astronaut , I am able to start the movie in my head...

what a cosy way to sleep. Would love to try it one day :)
Not sure what to think about that sleeping position, but he seems to like it.. No pillow.. Nothing to snuggle into... Just plain weightless floating around in sleep :-D
maybe zero gravitiy already replaces all this :D
