He had a miraculous surgery from 7 in the morning until 10 at night.
Then they adopted a little girl, who also had a brain tumor.
Then their third little boy they adopted had cancer and they went through chemo with him.
People would ask him. . .what about unwanted children?
His response, "I have 3 of them, and I Want Them! Then he read the script for Sound of Freedom and here were these unwanted children and it broke his heart. The story was compelling, so to Jim it was the 2nd most important film he had done since the Passion.
When Tim Ballard was asked who he wanted to play him in portraying his life as an agent that went rogue in rescuing children even though the government did not do all of these rescues. . .he said there was no question. . .Jim Caviezel!
People should be asking. . .why was Jim heralded as a successful, much sought after celebrity Until he took on the role of playing Jesus Christ, whom counter culture, the entertainment industry and much of secular society claim is a "controversial figure?"
Why is Jesus so controversial?
Is it because he came to shine a Light on the Darkness?
The age old world of Good vs. Evil and those committed to the dark forces have no tolerance?
Is this why they mock, ridicule and attempt to belittle anyone who has that Light within them?
