Can't Hear, Can't Speak, Can't See! What's up?
One of the most common things I observe across various industries in America is the silence and complacency of employees to recognize problems and to present solutions for correction and improvement. This ranges from those who remain mute to preserve their position, to those who choose not to see opportunities, and finally those who choose not to listen or worse can't hear from lack of interest or caring.
Myself, I'm not a monkey!
When I see something that needs improving, I document it, study it and research methods of improvement and strategy then implement them. We have evolved in the past few thousand years and should make use of that development daily. Listen, speak up, and open our eyes.
