Lost of Communication
Most of teenagers today are spending more time on social media's with their gadgets, Scrolling, texting, sharing etc. There's nothing wrong with that but they already missed the chance of their livelihood, they missed the chance to have a greater bonding with their families and maybe they could also hang out with their friends to gain genuine camaraderie.
Stalking
Everyone of us update our status, share what's on our mind, we post everything we do in social medias. There is a high risk for everyone to get connected with stalkers. So let's stop spreading our information on social media.We never know who is our enemy.
Cyberbullying
Cyberbullying includes sending, posting, or sharing negative, harmful, false, or mean content about someone else. It can include sharing personal or private information about someone else causing embarrassment or humiliation. Some cyberbullying crosses the line into unlawful or criminal behavior. It will affect someone's psychological aspects.
Awful Addiction
I guess everyone is already addicted with our gadgets(cellphones, tablets, pc etc.) these condition becoming worst when you exceed your time browsing or gaming in any of your gadgets and you don't want to sleep anymore. .
How to avoid the risk of social media?
1.Lessen your time with your gadgets - instead of browsing, sharing and posting. Do something productive - homework's, household chores or anything that would make you busy.
2.Having a social life- try to mingle with you friends. Chill out and have some fun sometimes you need to relaxed and refresh yourself.
3.Do a healthy lifestyle - sitting and just browsing the internet the whole day could make you ill. I have read on the healthy lifestyle magazine that the more you sit, the lesser is the blood circulation in your body. Constantly starring at the screen of your devices can lead to neck and head pain. It can also cause of poor eyesight and headaches. So why not try to spend your time doing different kind of exercises like Zumba or you can just simply go to gym.
Advancement of technology today can make our work more efficiently and conveniently but misuse of these could also harm and affect our daily lives. I hope these article would help you to understand why people becoming more dependent with technologies and becoming lame.
