The SoCal Spotlight - Week 32
Welcome to week 32 of the SoCal Spotlight!
Each week the SoCal Spotlight highlights five of the awesome posts from #socalsteemit! So, lets dive on in and see what kind of cool stuff the SoCal Steemians have been posting about this week!
Starting us off this week @brian.rrr tells us about a couple weekends that he got to spend outside the city! While out there he saw the appeal of living in the countryside, but also recognizes the advantages of the city. And given the pros and cons of both he reaches out to us Steemians and asks "which would you rather live in and why?"
In our next post for this week @creationofcare takes us into her fall garden and shows us the plethora of fresh vegetables she is growing. And not only do we get a garden tour, she also harvests some of her veggies and shows us a delicious looking recipe with them!
In our third featured post @bxlphabet tells us about his displeasure with the rental bikes in San Diego California. He see's a flaw in the business model which currently leads to these rental bikes being abandoned on every corner!
Up next we have a Dtube video from @melbookermusic who tells what he thinks about the California lottery and why he doesn't play. Mel gives us some interesting statistics that will give you some real perspective about the actual odds of winning!
Wrapping it up this week we have a post by @mattlovell about the Netcoins coin listing contest. Steem was nominated in the contest and I'm happy to say, thanks to the efforts of Steemians like Matt getting the word out across Steemit for us to go vote in the contest... Steem won!!
