SoCal Steemit Meetup - Bowling in Norco, CA
Are you in SoCal?
Are you interested in the Steem blockchain?
Would you like to meet other Steemians?
Well...
You're invited to the next SoCal Steemit meetup!!
Hey there all you SoCal Steemians! It's time again for another meetup! As we said in the first invite post for this SoCal Steemit meetup we wanted to come back to Riverside county so @csusbgeochem1 recommended the Brunswick Zone Classic Lanes bowling alley in Norco, CA!
We have made a party reservation and contrary to what I said in the last post you will NOT need to cover your bowling shoe rental. Your shoes will be included as well as a few appetizers! Additional food and drinks will be extra. As of right now we have reserved a party for 6. @bxlphabet, @creationofcare, @mattlovell, @beckymeep, @csusbgeochem1, and myself (@derekrichardson) will all be there. We can add to our guest list up until the day of our party (pending availability), but RSVP's in advance are very much appreciated. You can RSVP by letting us know in the comments on this post, in the SoCal-meetups channel on our Discord server, or on our Meetup.com event.
Date/Time -

2:00-5:00pm
Location -
Brunswick Zone Classic Lanes

Google Maps
Once you exit the 15 look for the In-n-Out and the Shell gas station
Pull into the big parking lot and you'll find Brunswick classic lanes!
When you arrive inside just scan the lanes (I'm not sure what # lane we'll be on but I will be arriving early and will announce it in the Discord server as soon as I know) and we will have a SoCal Steemit sign/banner to easily identify the group.
And if you'd like to come and meetup but for whatever reason don't like bowling there is also an extensive arcade as well a couple pool tables for people to enjoy as well!
We'll see you there!!
SoCal Steemit Weekly Voice Chat
Every tuesday at 8pm we will be having our weekly 'Visiting Hour' in the voice chat channel in our Discord server. So come say hi and have some fun chatting with your fellow SoCal Steemians!

Have fun!!
@derekrichardson, I have now read through enough on @steembasicincome that I feel that I understand it and have concluded that it is worth my time/effort/resources. I just sponsored @socalsteemit for 1 share. The program I mentioned because it sounded similar to your description is @steem-ua. It is also a system for receiving regular upvotes, but the mechanics are quite different.
Thanks for the SBI man! I'm glad you checked it out. I'm not the smartest guy, but as far as I understand it, it's pretty legit. I'll look into steem-ua tomorrow, I know I've seen some of our members using it. If using it can help SoCal Steemit, I'll use it for sure. Thanks again for coming to the meetup. I still can't believe you're from right here in San Bernardino! We'll have to hangout again and chat some more!
