When teachers are not happy with their lives, it deeply affects the education system in the country and of course learners.

I've personally experienced this. In Nigeria as in many countries in the world, teachers are seriously underpaid. And that isn't going to change anytime soon. Until teachers are appreciated for their efforts, it will remain a lowly but virtuous profession.
