It seems to me that you could use this as a:
- democratic mechanism to ensure certain, individuals can be entrusted by the community to find the value on the platform and ensure it is rewarded
- mechanism through which Steem businesses can pay their voluntary workers
Correct me if I have misunderstood. This has amazing scope going forwards!
