Smoothie improvisation. My recipe.

 This morning I decided to treat myrself to a delicious and healthy smoothie and I want to share with you my recipe. 

Its always interesting to experiment with smoothies, mix different ingredients. Todays smoothie is pure improvisation. What was in the fridge and kitchen cupboard, then went into business.

Per person: 1 pear, 1 kiwi fruit, a tablespoon of black sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon of flax seed and 200ml of water.

Alittle about the ingredients:

Kiwi and pear contain plenty of vitamins, carbohydrates, proteins, minerals, fiber. Approximately 10% kiwi comprise monosaccharides, disaccharides and cellulose. The kiwi and pears contains only 50 calories to 100 g of the product, it does them indispensable food for those who control the weight. Though the taste pear is sweeter that apple, but it contains much less sugar and do not cause an increase in appetite, as apple does .

We are quite rarely use seeds in food, and smoothies is better way to do it.
I used black sesame, which contains copper, manganese, tryptophan (indispensable amino acid), iron, zinc, phosphorus and vitamins. In addition, black sesame is a champion among the other products on the number of calcium.
The flax seeds contain polyunsaturated fatty acids: omega-3 groups, 6, and 9, which are very important for metabolic processes, but they do not produce by organizm itself, we can only receive them from the food.

Seeds


Water


The result was a light smoothie, not sweet, with a little sour, but it is very pleasant to the taste.
