Ramblers Reward - A Relaxing Blackberry, Cocoa and Pomegranate Smoothie Treat After a Long Hike

This creamy blackberry, cocoa and pomegranate smoothie is a nice relaxing, yet healthy treat after a long hike, at least that's what we've found.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 10 Blackberries
  • 2 Bananas
  • 3 Heaping Tablespoons of Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Organic Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey
  • 1/8 of a Litre of Organic Milk
  • Place the ingredients above in a blender, pour over the organic milk and blend until completely smooth. Sprinkle a pinch of extra cocoa powder if required as a garnish.

    Serve immediately.

    Blackberries are rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C, and researchers have discovered that Cocoa can help to lower blood pressure.
