Helpful tip to get the pomegranate seeds out, do it in a bowl of water. the seeds will sink to the bottom, and the white membrane holding them together, and to the sides of the rind, will float. You can skim away a lot of the membrane and rind this way. Then strain the seeds through a mesh sieve and you've got most of your seeds pulp/skin free!
This smoothie looks great. Ill try it soon.
