HOW TO STOP SMOKING
To me, smoking is almost impossible to stop. I've been smoking a few times, even the last time I've been 6 months to quit smoking, but lately I've started smoking again.
And I know by smoking a lot of diseases that will be inflicted. As already disclosed, there are approximately 600 dangerous content in cigarettes. When cigarettes are fired, 7000 more harmful chemicals are produced by cigarette smoke. And there are at least 69 substances that cause various cancers. As shown in the following figure:
In addition to cancer, with smoking will cause various other diseases, including as shown in the following figure.

Although I already know about the dangers posed by cigarettes, but until now I have not been able to stop smoking. Can anyone help me to stop smoking, please?
