Kurr Battle Theme - submission for SMLChallenge week 10 - Alien Invasion

This is my first submission to the SMLChallenge. Funny enough, this challenge happens to coincide with a project I am working on with fellow Steemit user @Comadore for a VR Spaceship videogame. This weeks challenge was to write music to accompany an Alien Invasion, and that's literally what this particular piece of music is for in this game.
So the Alien race is called the Kurr, and when they invade, you have bad times ahead of you. They are particularly ruthless and nomadic, preferring to take what they need and to destroy rather than diplomacy. The video game in dev is full VR, so when a Kurr invasion happens, you are really tossed into the middle of a maelstrom of chaos and combat.
So I wrote this track to reflect a kind of chaotic, frantic pacing to place the player on edge while they are battling this adversary. The style is Electronica, more specifically maybe Industrial or Darkwave. It was right up my alley in terms of the kind of Electronica music I am used to writing. This track isn't a finished version, but it is finished enough to share for this challenge I think. Hope you enjoy it! What are you producing with? i live in Ableton Live but have also started venturing into the deep dark world of modular synthesis.
Reason 8.2 but I'm about to upgrade to Reason 10.
Out of all the DAW software I'm most familiar with Reason and Ableton.
I'm so excited for 10 to come out. The new Wavetable synth sounds fantastic and looks great on the Push 2. Also I have my Drumbrute running through a hardware compressor which will be nice to replace with the new Drum Buss:

Love those alien sounds you bring in at 0:29 and how you then hit us with that burst of energy at 0:37 taking us to the next level of the alien invasion.
You kept me fully engaged throughout your beat and it took me to an alien scene in my mind, Such a vivid picture you paint with this beat.
Funny how the Universe works and how this theme fit into what you are doing so ideally. Thank you for sharing abuot your VR game in development. I am pumped now that I have heard the Kurr Battle Theme to see and play the game.
