transfer memo's need to follow a specific format, which includes either https://steemit.com, https://steempeak.com, https://partiko.app or other interfaces.
Your transfer didn't include this. We've gone ahead and added it manually. Vote will come in once the next bid-round ended.

Thank you for your efficient response i understand it sounds like transfers using esteem surfer are not the way to go i will do them through Steemit.com like i was before. Thanks for your info on that and i will be looking forward to the upvote. Thank you.
