First off, please understand that I am not making any threats. I’m sorry if it sounded that way.
On SBTracker, it states unequivocally that the “Min Age” for your upvotes is 20 minutes. That implies that the vote will be made when the age of the post reaches 20 minutes.
That’s misleading, since you will not upvote the post until it reaches a minimum age of 30 minutes.
Furthermore, under “Next Post,” it states a time which counts down to “0:00:00.” The clear understanding is that SmartSteem will make the upvote at that time.
But again, the info about your voting time is misleading and deceptive. Because your next vote will come at that time only if any given post is already 30 minutes old.
Granted, the 30-minute cut-off is stated in your Terms of Service, but many users of SBTracker will not go to those ToS. And why should they? The details are stated on SBTracker, so why should they assume that different terms are stated differently on your site or on a Steemit post?
I strongly suggest you revise your info on SBTracker, so that you do not continue misleading others with the erroneous information. Such deceptive slight-of-hand is unacceptable.
Excellent points made here @majes.tytyty. I wonder why users should bother themselves with TOS that conflicts with what is on SBTsite. This is a clear manipulation aimed at handicapping the already lured vote buyers.

we've changed the algorithm to vote once the post is at least 20 minutes and updated the ToS and data on our site to represent that.
It was never our intention of misleading, we thought it would be more known how Smartsteem works.

That's good news. I had used your upvoting service for the past month or so, and was somewhat disappointed to find out about your 30-minute rule.
Upon reading your comment, I went to SBTracker and added SmartSteem to my Faves again.

At last, this is a gentlemanly approach. Good to know about this new development. However, does this mean they would have allowed their two-faced TOS to continue? I pity the many Steemians who throw their monies to the wind in the name of vote buying. Wonderful petition @majes.tytyty.
