LG seems to fail to meet Apple's demand for OLED displays
It has never been a good idea to put all of your eggs in a single basket. Apple was following this saying by wisely diversifying its supply chain, but now it seems a hard time for Apple as OLED screen production given to LG is failing to meet its demand.
According to The Wall Street Journal, Apple has given LG an order for the third round of prototyping which most suppliers don’t have to go through. If LG is behind the target then reports say, Apple will have to suffer big time to enter mass production in July.

This could have been due to lack of perfection in smartphone-sized screens as LG is already a big name in TV-sized OLED panels. Apple is expected to launch almost three distinct iPhone models this year out of which one will have an OLED screen approaching 6.5-inches diagonally.

Apple's products are getting too expensive for consumers to stomach.
More people will migrate to "good enough" android models soon.
Even at the high-end flagship game, Apple have to compete with the lights of Huawei's superior camera system and Razer's superior refresh rates...
But the vast majority will likely move to cheaper mainstream phones.
Sorry to hear about Apple's troubles. These old proverbs are very wise.
