Blue Hot Coals
Tonight we enjoyed meat cooked over hot coals, after dinner the sun had set and the blue icicle Christmas lights were casting an incredible vivid indigo blue on the white coals contrasting with the still red hot coals.

Nice, have you put the meat directly on the coals? I guess there was an official name for this kind of cooking but I cannot remember it.
No the meat goes on long metal skewers with wooden handles. They call it different names depending in on the country. Shish Kebab, Yakitiri, Churrasco, Souvlaki and many more.
