Flambé
Flambé is a french word for flamed. It is cooking procedure in which alcohol is added to a hot pan to create a burst of flames.
This photo was taken when I am still studying basic cooking for hot and cold kitchen in ISCAHM. Flambéing is usually associated with coq au vin (chicken braised with wine).
