An Army of Canada Geese on the March

Sherwood Island State Park, Westport, CT

Take a gander at this..

I’ve never seen an army of... dino-birds. Musta been a coupla hundred individuals all marching together in a line stretching 100s of feet. The lead geese then rush the group of sea gulls chillin' in the shade.. some had the necks extended aggresively. But the gulls didn’t react too much.

That had to be the largest single group of animals that I’d ever seem.. and all were tuned-in to this pathway of theirs.. not a one was dilly-dallying nor branching off. A singularity of purpose... i guess much like when the fly together.
