Glasswort (Salicornia species)
These little, almost alien looking plants love the salt flats and swamps near the coast. Each of the segments is less than 5mm and quite tasty.

These plants are really beautiful. Tell me the name of the plant. I wana buy from the near nursery farm if available.
They're called 'Glassworts' and are close relatives of Samphires. You can find them all around the world, soyou should be in luck.
Shaun brought back a sample of one of these from one of his fishing trips. His friend had been eating them.
They taste great with a little vinegar. Fermenting them is great too
Like mini gherkins?
Yeah. You dont even need to add salt to ferment them, just add water
Lol! Self seasoning!
I was wrong with this one, its a Sarcocornia, not a Salicornia!
