Helloooooo Steemers!
I'm happy to present another original photography series taken with my SmartPhone My Favorite Tree - in Central Park, NYC.
My posts revolve around things I really love and one of those things as many of you know is Central Park which I call my backyard because in reality I don't have a backyard living in the city. I also love trees! Not just because my name means tree, but because like many people who love nature, I just can't get enough of those lovely perennial plants with elongated stems, supporting branches, leaves and all! When I have the chance of it (which is not as often as I would like) I get into nature and there's nothing I love more than to find a lone, magnificent tree for they make such beautiful photographs and tell such a wonderful story!
In New York City, it's rather hard to find the lone tree. But there are in fact very many lovely ones which I will pause to gaze upon before having to hitch my heels away. This is a new series dedicated to those moments and those trees that make me pause in the day and feel grateful that I have eyes in my head and that I'm alive! I'm happy to share that with you - My Favorite Tree - In Central Park, NYC
This post features an amazing tree that is near my home. The tennis courts of Central Park are in the background and The Clubhouse, which was opened in the 1930's to accompany the courts originally built in 1913.
The Central Park tennis courts are a big favorite with city residents as they offer a reasonable place to play tennis in a very expensive town. I often walk past them or watch my husband and son play with my dog Mac at my side. If you visit NYC and ever want to play a game in the famed Central Park while taking in the beautiful Jackie Kennedy Onassis Reservoir just steps away, it costs $20! A nice way to spend a few hours in The Big Apple!

Grazie!
As a kid I used to like to draw trees like that, I found it interesting how the branches were so chaotic.
Anyways, I really like how the blue sky contrasts with the tree and that this is a part of Manhattan that I have never seen before.
Great flower for you
WOW! What a beauty! Thank you!

@ilanaakoundi,
You know when to capture! I mean you have an idea about color effects and so on! Therefore, if you start capture trees and the nature it might be a great collection of photography!

ah .. I like trees too!
it is a kind of love that is not in many people in the country that is hung up in the bald to open space to park the car in front of the house or to expand the villa's throat view. unfortunately it is a love that the education system can not teach.
I also loved it for you too! and what a beautiful photo!
