The monument is located in Narvik and is Norways national freedom monument.
The monument was given as a gift by the government to mark the 50th anniversary of the liberation in 1945. The picture is taken 24.02.19 when the sun breaks through the clouds.

Shiny one! In this summer I thought about traveling to Norway. Not flying there but driving straight from Estonia. No certain plan is in place but thought about going to Lofoten area to go hiking and maybe wild camping with a tent. Do you know what is the current gasoline price there?
Also, what about northern light in August? Is it still too much daylight at that time?
Thank you. The gas prize varies between 14 -16 NOK. "Lowest prize Sunday and Thursday. In Juli there are lots of people in Lofoten, I will recommend to travel earlier or later. But there are many nice places to visit. Vesterålen, Senja is altso Nice. In Lofoten I think it is most crowded from Svolvær and out to Å in Juli.

Thank you @guysellars. The building is a hotel which are smaller down with the base than on the top (bad explanation). The widevinkel lens overdoe it also (more bad english, but you may understand) 😂
