Fish Roast
Brush the fish a portion of the mixed oil and sprinkle with a ¼ of a teaspoon of salt. Come back to the stove and meal the fish until cooked through, around 20 minutes. Expel from the broiler and serve finished with more injected oil and the cuts of fresh garlic and herbs.
