Grasping at snapshotting the moment only takes you out of the experience itself; enjoy the moment you say, yet you are more concentrated on enjoying the enjoyment of it.

And that is perhaps why being outside of your comfort zone is so crucial, it adds that edge, that lucidity to everything, running in background, constantly keeping you alert and overriding your body's craving to reduce everything to things it is familiar with.

The swamps of our mind, canals of memories, forest of accumulated knowledge, lowlands of doubt and existential dread.
