Hello I made this panorama photo with my smarthphone and changed it pretty much to look like this. Below you have the original picture as well as a fast GIF to see the difference better. I used a program called Luminar to create that sunlight effect. I hope you enjoy!

I can see the halo around the beems. One of the effects was HDR?
There was a bunch of effects there but not really HDR just light drop to almost -100 and shadows increase to almost 100 percent. That is why is look like it is a HDR photo somehow.
I am fen of mobile photography. I will try to dublicate similar outlook in future post. Something like fallout landskape...
