I bought some on coinexchange a couple weeks back....pretty smooth. I hear HitBTC has started trading SMART again and also crypto-bridge was working fine, a bit slow though.
Join the discord channel and you can always ask updates about specific exchanges and people are constantly sharing their experiences on different exchange on the #exchanges section of the channel. If you wanna join team smartcash on steemit check this post but this is an old post, so the links used are outdated. The rules are still the same and simple. So check out posts from @smartcash to get the latest updates :)
LOL Don't, it's a long story and they have not impressed lately. I take it smartcash will no longer be trading on there then? No probs. I have read the post and left msg on @smartcash profile. Hope to get a reply soon and start using the tag. Want to find a coin with a solid community and this looks a good start. Thanks for the help.

About cryptopia, well nothing is set in stone but even if it starts trading there again, a lot of people will be reluctant to use that exchange after all those shady incidents, which was really not cool from cryptopia.
The loss of the ltc dodge market was very annoying and I had just raised 400% with photon. No notice given by cryptopia and they slam it onto btc. By the time I knew about it it was back down to 50/100%. Made some on other coins but they have huge sell walls to get through. I don't understand enough to make judgement but it seems all the sites are ran with no effort towards customer service. I just took the hit and tried to make up for it. Crypto is a fickle bitch!

Absolutely, the DOGE LT markets were superb and they just decided to shut it without no prior notice.
