Thank you for the link. Insomnia in adults is a quite common problem. I know what I'm talking about. My mother is 69, and she constantly suffers from insomnia or sleeps for 3-4 hours only or doesn't sleep at all. She doesn't want to meditate, and going to a specialist isn't for her. I read your article and found it very useful. Thanks! I've already sent it to my mom. I think this app is worth a try. It will be beneficial not for our elders only, but for everyone here. Personally, I can't sleep well and can't relax in the evening because of the numerous tasks and hard work. So, insomnia is an extremely serious issue in modern society. Don't you think so?
