Now, for me whenever am stressed up as a result of anger or disappointment.
I simply hit the street with my skating boot.
I usually go to a very quiet area to avoid noise where i enjoy the skating exercise.
This relieves me a lot and i will recommend it for someone out there. For this activity you'll will need a skating boot which is not quite expensive, a good road and continuous practice.The combine picture below shows the different times i have had a nice time with this activity.
